· The situation

What is an AI prospecting agent?

An AI prospecting agent is a system installed in your own tools, CRM, and sending accounts. It prepares prospecting work: build a list of companies that match your criteria, find the person concerned by your offer, gather public information about the company, draft a message that begins with a verifiable observation, schedule follow-ups, and keep the history current. It works continuously on a small number of well-chosen prospects, where a salesperson often works in bursts when time allows. It does not decide for you. You define the framework and approve what is sent in your name.

It is not mass-mailing software or a robot replacing your sales team. The part that commits your business remains in your hands: what is sent, to whom, and how you respond.

Everyone knows prospecting matters. But finding the right companies and contacts, understanding what they do, and writing a proper message takes time. It gets postponed, and mass sending does not solve the problem. Generic messages produce few useful replies and can damage email deliverability.

· Today and with the agent

Today and with the agent

Today

Prospecting depends on the time left at the end of the week. Some weeks, there is none.

With the agentLive

Every day, a small number of well-chosen companies receive a message about their situation. You step in to approve messages and respond to people who reply.

· What the agent does, step by step

What does a prospecting agent do?

Apply your targeting

Industry, size, location, and signals that matter to you. Criteria are written with you during setup and can later be changed in plain language.

Identify the right contact

The person concerned by your offer and their professional contact details, using public sources and the enrichment tools you select. The agent does not invent an address or use a personal address.

Prepare a relevant message

Each message begins with a verifiable fact about the target company. Tone and arguments follow examples you approved.

Follow up

Follow-ups use the agreed schedule and stop as soon as a person replies or asks not to be contacted again.

Keep the CRM current

Every prospect, message, and reply is recorded. You can see the state of every conversation without asking.

Hand control to you

As soon as a prospect replies, you take over. The agent prepares the context: who the person is, why they were contacted, and what has been said.

The agent does not replace the sales relationship. It helps that relationship begin more consistently.

· Approval and limits

Where does the agent stop, and what remains with your salesperson?

You approve what is sent

At launch, every message goes through you. Once the first messages meet your standards, you decide what may be sent without individual review and what still requires approval. We do not use a fully autonomous mode that sends without review. The boundary is written, and only you may move it.

An agent writing to prospects uses your systems, so ask four questions before opening your CRM to it.

Limited volumes and dedicated domains

Messages use accounts created for prospecting and limited sending rates, protecting your primary domain and company reputation.

A lawful framework and immediate opt-out

For cold outreach, the agent contacts professionals only about matters connected with their role. For consumers, it contacts only people who have consented or existing customers where the law permits. Every message provides a simple way to refuse further contact, and that refusal is applied immediately.

In France, the CNIL is the national data protection authority. Its business-to-business outreach guidance requires relevance to the recipient's role, notice about the use and source of contact details, and an easy right to object.

Platform rules are respected

On LinkedIn, the agent prepares the message and you send it yourself. We do not automate conduct prohibited by a platform's terms because your account would carry the risk.

Everything is traceable

What was researched, prepared, sent, or placed on hold remains available for review. You may suspend the agent at any time.

The decision, response, and negotiation remain with you. The agent removes preparation work, not judgment.

· Three common situations

Three points where prospecting usually stops. EXAMPLE

You open a new area or industry

You describe the target. The agent builds the list, removes companies that do not match, and prepares the first messages. You review a sample before expanding the work.

A prospect replies "not now"

The agent records the answer in the CRM, including when to return, and prepares the future follow-up with the previous context.

The week is too busy for prospecting

The process does not disappear. Prepared messages wait for approval, and scheduled follow-ups continue within the agreed framework.

· Software or a system installed for your business

Prospecting software or a system built in your environment: what is the difference?

Search results mostly offer software that your team must configure and operate, or training that teaches your team to use it. That can be a valid answer when someone has the time and ownership. Otherwise, the differences are practical.

Third-party contact-enrichment tools and sending accounts are subscribed to in your name and paid directly by you without a markup. You see the real cost and retain ownership.

· What we measure

Real figures, not a promise of meetings.

We promise no number of replies or meetings because the result depends on your offer and market. Each month, you see targeted companies, messages sent, replies received, and conversations opened. If the figures are weak, we say so and adjust the targeting or message.

· How setup works

How is a prospecting agent implemented?

Step 1 - Discovery audit

A free 20 to 30-minute conversation about your offer, target, current tools, and what you want to keep under human control. You receive a written opinion, including when there is nothing useful to build. If the need extends beyond the task reviewed, we may propose a paid scoping engagement with written scope and quote before it begins.

Step 2 - Written scope

Targeting criteria, sources, channels, volumes, approval rules, and tools subscribed to in your name. A fixed written quote before any paid work.

Step 3 - Development

Connections to your CRM and tools, dedicated sending accounts, and first messages drafted and approved with you. You enter your access credentials yourself; they never pass through us.

Step 4 - Initial operation

Two weeks at low volume with individual review. We correct targeting and tone using real cases.

Step 5 - Monthly support

Deliverability, targeting, messages, and corrections. No minimum term, with one month's notice.

Allow two to three weeks before launch, followed by one review meeting each month.

· Offer and quote

A written setup quote, followed by optional monthly support.

Setup is quoted once in writing before work begins. The figure depends on scope and appears only after the discovery audit. Monthly support covers supervision, deliverability, and adjustments to targeting and messages. Third-party tools are subscribed to in your name and paid directly by you without a markup.

The system remains with you. If you stop support, it still belongs to you and includes its documentation.

· Who it is for

Is it a fit for your company?

This is relevant if

  • You sell to businesses and want consistent prospecting rather than a one-time campaign.
  • You sell to consumers and have contacts who consented, such as inbound inquiries, unanswered quotes, former customers, or subscribers.
  • Consumers reach you through professional referrers such as architects, property managers, agencies, or employee committees, and those professionals are your target.
  • Someone on your team can respond to interested people that day.

This is not a good fit if

  • You want to contact consumers who never asked to hear from you. French and European rules generally require prior consent for cold email, text, or phone outreach to consumers.
  • You expect a guaranteed number of meetings.
  • You want to send thousands of identical messages.
  • No one can respond promptly to an interested person. In that case, the problem comes later in the process. Review request and quote handling.

FAQ

Q - How many meetings will I get?

No figure is promised. Results depend on your offer, market, and targeting quality. What you receive is a system that prospects every day within the approved framework and real monthly figures. If they are weak, we say so and adjust.

Q - Is an AI prospecting agent legal in France?

Business-to-business email outreach can be lawful without prior consent when the message relates to the recipient's professional role, the person is told how and why the details are used and where they came from, and the person can object easily. These safeguards follow CNIL guidance. Every first message identifies the sender, explains the source of the details, and provides an immediate opt-out.

Q - I sell to consumers. Is this for me?

Yes, within the legal framework. Consumers generally cannot receive cold email, text, or phone outreach without prior consent. The agent can instead respond quickly to inbound inquiries, follow up on unanswered quotes, contact former customers about closely related services where permitted, and approach professional referral partners.

Q - Will prospects know an agent prepared the message?

The message is sent in your name after your approval. You may choose to disclose that an agent helped prepare it.

Q - Could this damage my domain?

That is why prospecting uses dedicated sending accounts and capped volumes. Your primary domain is not used for cold outreach, and deliverability is part of monthly monitoring.

Q - What tools do we need?

A CRM, even a simple one, plus the enrichment and sending tools defined during the discovery audit. They are subscribed to in your name and paid directly by you without a markup.

Q - What happens if I stop monthly support?

The system and documentation remain with you. You can run it yourselves or suspend it. Support has no minimum term and requires one month's notice.

Q - Where is our data hosted?

On a European server. The system and data belong to you, and your access credentials never pass through us.

Q - Our team already uses ChatGPT. What is different?

No one needs to open a tab. The system works inside your CRM and sending accounts, applies your criteria without being reminded each time, and asks for your attention when a decision is needed.

Q - What if prospecting is not my real problem?

That happens, and the discovery audit is designed to find it. If inbound requests wait for days, review request and quote handling first. If the time loss is in email sorting, follow-ups, or accounting documents, see repetitive-task automation. The shared framework is on the offers page.

Describe your ideal customer. We will tell you whether an agent can find that customer.

Take 20 to 30 minutes to discuss your offer, target, and tools. You leave with a written opinion, including when the answer is that there is nothing useful to build.
