2 - Write the scope before starting.

What the system can do alone, what requires a person, and where it stops. Fees and the third-party tools you pay for directly are listed separately, without a markup. No paid work begins before you approve the quote.

3 - The agent prepares; a person approves.

Anything that commits your business to a customer, supplier, or prospect goes through a person. That is not optional.

4 - I show you the numbers, including the bad ones.

Every delivered system has a measured before and after. When a result falls short, I tell you before you discover it yourself. I never invent a number to reassure you.

5 - You remain free.

Monthly support has no minimum term. The system, its data, and its access credentials belong to you, and it comes with documentation.

You will not find decorative customer logos or unverifiable productivity claims here. Customer references will have their own page when they can be published with measurements collected under real operating conditions and approved in writing.
